The day to day management of the home is vested in the senior management group, made up of the three partners and the Registered Manager.
The senior management group are supported by a team of over 30 members of staff, who collectively offer the residents full care and accommodation needs. Many of these employees have been associated with the home for several years, and examples can be cited for internal promotion and staff development.
Tremendous loyalty and commitment to the home is evidenced at all levels. All involved in the home recognise that the primary purpose of the home is to offer the residents the opportunity to enhance their quality of life and to do this by providing a safe, manageable and comfortable environment.

The home has a purpose built on site training facility where a rolling programme of training occurs throughout the year. We also support our employees to obtain NVQ/QCF qualifications in Health & Social Care. External training providers assist us with specialised dementia training, first aid training and many other courses.
Servery / Catering Assistant. We currently have a vacancy for a servery / catering assistant due to retirement. 30 hours per week on a rota sysytem with occasional Weekends. Food hygiene certificate would be beneficial, experience desirable but not esserntial as full training can be given. Healthcare Assistants. We are currently looking to recruit full or part time Healthcare assistants to work on a rota system with occassional weekends. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. The oppotunity to further your career by completing national vocational qualifications is also available.
