Job Title: Home Manager
Bianca has been working in the care industry since 2004. Over the years she has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience about people and the care industry. Bianca holds her NVQ 3 in Health and Social care and is currently working towards her ILM 5 in Management. Bianca thrives on teaching and developing her staff as she believes the more knowledge a person has the better equipped they are to deliver high quality care. She works very closely with her staff team to bring out the best in them. Bianca has an abundance of compassion for our residents and their families, her focus is on providing a safe, homely environment where everybody feels welcome and comfortable.
Job Title: Administrator
Karen has a wealth of knowledge in administration, people and finances that she has gathered over the years. Karen helps us stay compliant with CQC and assists with recruiting and developing staff. Karen is the first port of call at the home and can answer pretty much any question asked! Karen is caring and professional with residents often coming into the office to have chat with her.
Job Title: Deputy manager
Nicole started out as a carer at Quinnell House but soon proved to be a valuable asset in the management team. Nicole was promoted to Head of Care and has thrived ever since. Nicole is responsible for care reviews and ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. Nicole is dedicated and incredibly thorough in her job. Nicole is currently working on her ILM 3 in Management after completing her NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.
Job Title: Team Leader
Timmy is a valued member of our team. He is always positive, upbeat and ready to take on any task that is given to him. Timmy has compassion and love for our service users and approaches each of them with respect and kindness. Timmy has been with the Quinnell Family since early 2018 but has swiftly risen through the ranks. He is currently doing his NVQ 3 in Health an Social care. Timmy is reliable and loyal and a great asset to our team.
Job Title: Activities Co Ordinator
Abi started out on Care but soon realised that her passion was in activities. Abi has so much patience, compassion and love for our residents. Abi is very creative and finds creative ways to include all our residents in some form of activity. Abi always has a smile on her face. Abi works closely with residents, staff and families to ensure we find an activity that supports and develops each resident, Abi is currently completing her NAPA course.
Job Title: Maintenance
Marcin is the man we go to for anything that needs fixing or repairing. Marcin maintains the building and is always ready to get stuck in and help wherever he can. Marcin works with the residents and the families to make their rooms homely and repairs anything that is not working as it should. Marcin is responsible to keep the home safe and in good condition. Marcin helps where he can and can often be found chatting to the residents in the garden!
